Ryo Takashina
Ryo Takashina APTO Inc.
CEO

After studying management engineering, he worked as an SE on large-scale core system infrastructure and backend development. In 2017, he launched a VR business producing entertainment VR content. In January 2020, recognising the challenges in AI data creation, he co-founded APTO.

Kazunori Watanabe
Kazunori Watanabe Portus AI Inc.
CEO

He studied Computer Science at university and, while still a student, served as a co-research engineer at UTokyo Matsuo Lab working on image analysis, then led large-scale AI development projects with major listed companies as a project manager. Drawing on that experience, he founded Portus AI, where he pursues the development of human-like AI and its real-world implementation.

Hiroki Kimura

Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Kyoto University. As a student, he worked on new business development using generative AI and launched an HR business at a startup company. He currently oversees ARCHAIVE, a manufacturing AI data utilization platform.

Jun Yokoyama

CEO

Holds a PhD from Ritsumeikan University and studied at the University of British Columbia. After working at a government agency and at semiconductor and cybersecurity companies on R&D and AI research, he went on to found a hardware startup before establishing Archaic Inc. Selected for the MEXT International Human Resources Education Programme. Recipient of the Society for Mathematical Biology Poster Award. Reviewer for the Journal of Theoretical Biology. Holds numerous academic papers and patents.

Yoichiro Shoji
Yoichiro Shoji NTTPC Communications Inc.
AI Solution Division, Business Design Dept., HPC Consulting

After working as a marketing consultant serving over 60 domestic and international IT and high-tech companies, he joined NTTPC Communications in 2013. Since 2018 he has been engaged in consulting sales for GPU-centred AI infrastructure, handling numerous projects from startups to large enterprises, and is also active in promoting partnerships in the AI domain.

Junko Hashimoto
Junko Hashimoto Tentaku Inc.
Chairman

Graduated from Keio University Faculty of Science and Technology, then worked at Asahi Kasei and Boston Consulting Group before joining Tentaku Inc. Became President at 30, successfully restructured the company and returned it to profitability. Currently serves as Chairman, driving business growth centred on RFID and sustainable materials. Committee Chair of the Tokyo Junior Chamber of Commerce Minato Ward Chapter (2025).

Yosuke Ojio
Yosuke Ojio Rice Island Inc.
CEO

Fourth-generation rice retailer. His life's work is promoting the widespread adoption of whole grains — commonplace in the West — throughout Japan. Career background includes banking, a leading international strategy consulting firm, and data consulting at Teikoku Databank, before taking his current role. Holds a BA in Political Economy from Waseda University and an Executive MBA (AACSB/AMBA/EQUIS) from NUCB Graduate School.

So Yokozuka
So Yokozuka Visionary Architects Inc.
Director

Completed graduate studies at Waseda University. After working at a think tank, he led new business development, M&A, and fundraising at listed and venture companies. Joined MOBILIX HOLDINGS (formerly HSN Holdings) in 2022, spearheading DX across the group's subsidiaries. In 2024 he co-founded subsidiary Visionary Architects Inc. and currently serves concurrently as its Director.
